Mitchell has been a Director of Staniforth Valuers for approximately 17 years and has in excess of 22 years experience in undertaking a range of property valuations for all types of property including residential, rural, commercial and industrial properties throughout Central Western New South Wales. Prior to moving from Sydney in 2000 Mitchell undertook valuations for established property firms operating from Parramatta and undertaking a range of residential, commercial, retail and industrial valuations.
Mitchell has extensive farm management experience both first hand and through his rural background from West Wyalong and through University (UNE-OAC). Mitchell is an unrestricted valuer with a range of skills in all types of property valuations and provides experience and professionalism to Staniforth Valuers.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) – University of Western Sydney
Associate Diploma Farm Management – (UNE-OAC)
Registered Valuer No. 68807 in New South Wales (without limitation)
Associate of the Australian Property Institute. AAPI #68807
